However, proper installation still matters: expansion gaps must be maintained, subfloor moisture issues must be addressed beforehand, and standing water should never be left at seams long-term. We assess and address subfloor moisture before every install.

We are a labor-only company — we install the flooring you purchase. We're happy to advise on product selection, wear layer thickness, brand recommendations, and quantity. You purchase directly from your preferred supplier, which gives you full control over your materials budget. We'll calculate the exact square footage including waste factor so you buy the right amount.

Most LVP and laminate installs move quickly — a typical 500–800 sq ft floating floor takes 1–2 days. Glue-down LVT may take a bit longer due to adhesive cure time. Yes — we offer old flooring removal as a separate quoted add-on. In some cases, floating LVP can be installed over existing hard flooring if it's flat and structurally sound — we'll assess and advise the best approach. We never install over flooring that will cause height, moisture, or stability issues.

It depends on the product and subfloor. Concrete subfloors almost always require a moisture barrier in Florida. Some LVP products come with an attached underlayment that handles this. Laminate flooring always requires a moisture barrier over concrete. We assess your subfloor and moisture conditions before installation and include the appropriate barrier in our quote where needed.
