Floor Tile & Wood Installation

Ceramic and porcelain floor tile installation starts at $4 per square foot, hardwood and wood plank installation starts at $4 per square foot, and large format floor tile starts at $6 per square foot. Custom patterns, marble and natural stone are priced with a free custom quote. Prices are labor only for a basic straight lay. Pattern complexity, tile size, subfloor condition and material type affect the final price, and subfloor leveling, transition strips and removal of existing flooring are quoted separately and disclosed upfront. You get a written estimate before any work begins.

We install ceramic and porcelain tile, large format floor tile, marble and natural stone, solid and engineered hardwood, and wood look porcelain plank tile. Wood floors are nailed down, glued down or floated to the manufacturer spec. Not sure which fits your space? We will advise on tile size, species, pattern layout and grout color to match your vision and budget.

We install all floor tile sizes from 12 by 12 up to 48 by 48, including 24 by 24, 32 by 32 and 48 by 48 large format tile, and we specialize in rectified tile. Layouts include straight lay, diagonal, herringbone, chevron and basketweave, plus custom borders, medallions and decorative inlays. Every tile is leveled with lippage control for a flat, even floor.

Our pricing covers labor only unless otherwise noted. You buy your tile or wood from your preferred supplier, which gives you full control over your materials budget. We are happy to help you choose the right product, size and grout color for each room.

Yes. If needed, we remove your old flooring, then inspect, level and prep the subfloor before installation, because the subfloor is the foundation of a lasting floor. Removal of existing flooring and subfloor leveling are quoted separately so you know the full cost upfront.

Living and dining rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, entryways and foyers, outdoor patios and pool surrounds, and commercial spaces such as offices, restaurants, medical facilities, hotels and retail. Bathroom floors get slip resistant tile with proper waterproofing and slope. Outdoor floors use slip resistant porcelain rated for exterior Florida conditions. Outdoor and commercial projects are priced with a custom quote.
