Commercial flooring is always priced on a custom quote basis — square footage, product spec, subfloor conditions, access requirements, and scheduling complexity all factor into the final price. Starting prices for commercial LVP are similar to residential ($2.50+/sq ft for labor) but projects are priced as a package including all site-specific requirements. We provide written itemized bids before any work begins.

Absolutely — this is one of our most common commercial requests. We regularly schedule commercial flooring installations during evenings, weekends, and phased installs to minimize disruption to your staff, customers, and operations. After-hours scheduling is factored into your project quote upfront.

We install commercial-grade LVP and LVT (20-mil+ wear layer), porcelain and ceramic floor tile (PEI 4–5 rated), sheet vinyl (including welded seams for healthcare applications), large format tile (up to 48×48), and custom/specialty tile layouts. We work with your product specification or can recommend products appropriate for your application and traffic level.

Yes — we provide certificates of insurance naming your business or property as an additional insured upon request. We carry comprehensive commercial general liability and workers' compensation coverage. Documentation is provided as part of the commercial contracting process.
