If you do not wish for photos of your property to be used in marketing materials, please notify us in writing before your project begins and we will honor your request.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security but are committed to protecting your information with reasonable and appropriate measures.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our services, honor our one-year labor warranty, comply with legal and licensing obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Project records, including photos and written estimates, are typically retained for a minimum of two (2) years from project completion. Property access details are deleted or updated as soon as they are no longer required for active service delivery.
